I'm categorizing in "no", I think some of the peoples addictions are real. Some are fake. Like today there is a new episode of a grown man that went through multiple surgeries to look like Justin Bieber. I think the addiction is real, but they are definitely acting, you can tell. Then you have people eating makeup, yes it happens but they over exaggerate the addiction to a point where it may seem unrealistic. But yes, I certainly think the addictions are real but the actual tv show makes most of them unrealistic and overdone. But hey, you never know unless you go on the show.
