I mostly feel that trained security should be legally liable, because they are stronger than a kid and they can harm them. The amount of force they can use on students can be dangerous and at times unnecessary. However, some students think that they can physically fight back at adults and don't listen to what they are being told which causes problems between the security and child. Some students however don't listen and have bad tempers with adults. It should also be considered as a life learned consequence for that child.
