Everyone is forgetting the fact that the family member should probably call the hospital or 9-1-1 for an emergency before they call their family member, and either way, they shouldn't call them in an emergency anyway... They should wait to get to the hospital, be treated, and then call and say what happened and that their fine. If they just call their family before or after the emergency the teacher would leave the classroom anyway, but that means they shouldn't have cell phones because if they would wait to get to the hospital and be treated, they can call in time to the reception desk, and the teacher would either way be allowed to leave... you people are looking at this in the perspective of a middle schooler.

The reason why students still bring their phones to school is because their Teachers still have them. We all know how teens are, hell im one of them... And i know that when a teacher answers a text or a phone call that could be important, but it tempts the students to bring their cell phones. If a student bringing a cell phone interrupts a learning environment, then a teacher bringing a cell phone will disrupt at least 3x more then a student would. Everyone looks to their teachers for help, Wether they like it or not. Everyone receives help and follow their teacher. If a teacher brings a cell phone, why wouldn't a student follow them and bring theirs? Teachers should not, it has the same effect on teachers as it does students.

This man is correct. Russia and China would likely stand a chance, but America would still over power them. They may over power us in Education, but what is Education but the same materials being used since Einstein and other people from the way way past. Everything is the same, if anything, they would consider the same technological booms the U.S has had in the past. China and Russia both use weapons that were first published in the Vietnam war and hell, even before that. The fact is, China and Russia both don't have the correct technology to create weaponry far superior to the U.S. If it came to Nuclear war, i'd say no body wins. if it came down to a nuclear war, it would come down to who lived longer. I'd say the U.S would live at least 30 minutes or more longer then russia and china. (Because Nuclear weapons are too destructive to let anyone survive, so in other words, Russia and China would be destroyed by the U.S's nuclear power, and then 30 minutes later, the U.S would be destroyed.) then the leading military would be someone like England or Egypt or some unknown country... So either way i support the U.S. Not because i love this place and im proud to be an American... But because the facts that are in front of everyones face, such as the U.S haven't lost a war since Vietnam, and even then, we didn't lose... we left because the point to even be there was to destroy Communism, Not to be at war, and the whole war came down to a wrong Observation. So the U.S would win.

I say no because most people who actually have HIV become mentally unstable about their sexuality. With an argument i had read before, the Debater had told us ways that the HIV virus could not be spread that most people hadn't known such as most people thought that the HIV virus would be spread through kissing, but the fact is incorrect, only if both have bleeding ulsars as well as wearing a condom the correct way. It is well known that there are many possiblities that are life changing in sexual activities, Now im not saying "hey, don't have any more sexual activites because you have HIV" i honestly wouldn't care, i say go make babies. Like i said, HIV can be mentally destroying, such as being raped or molested. I suggest they keep dating, and find someone who loves them enough to accept what they have, and live with them through it. Sex is a natural thing, sure others are scared of receiving it, but that doesn't mean that there aren't people out there who accept the fact that we live in a Disease ridden earth, and will love that individual for it. Now for the employers? just as another Debate argument had said, it's easy enough for the employer to call for a blood file that would tell them what that employee has. To me i feel that a person who has HIV can make up their mind on their own, they can decide to tell someone or not, it shouldn't matter. It's not like their Employer is wanting to have sexual activities. I do advise however, that the person with HIV informs their significant other (Wether work colleague or not) about their status. In other words it shouldn't matter if their employer knows unless that employer is their significant other whether before or after being employed. Other than that, if the Carrier isn't expecting to have any sexual activities with a co-worker, then i say let them make up their own mind.
