They use social media to build a relationship with their customers and to create an online presence which will contribute to the attraction and retention of potential customers. The tools of social media platforms offer a wide range of possibilities like customer service, content marketing and storytelling which helps in achieving brand equity.

I think branding yourself adds more value to your own career. You can use online and offline resources to form the desired image you want to communicate to your business. Of course it also adds value to the organization but i think this is more situational cause if you leave the company there is another company that would be more interested in you cause you already had your personal branding strategy, which will help yourself develop yourself on a professional level.

Due to globalization I believe that it could give significant business advantages. It is more interesting and valuable to have an 'international' in the company because of the way businesses work in this day and age.

Depending on what information they gather i think it would be okay to track information to guarantee safety. If they would check for keywords and elements that raises suspicion i would agree with your statement. But there is also difference in personal information like social information exchange and business. I do think there should be some limitations.

Social media platforms is a very selective and subjective way of communication. I think it doesn't give a clear perspective about the potential of an employee in a professional setting. Therefore it is not as valuable for employers since it only gives a sketch of someone in a personal setting, based on normal casual social media usage. Furthermore i believe social media is also a tool of self promotion and people using it to create an image of themselves almost always in a positive mood. This also compromises the liability of the employee or the employer. I think social media is a good representation to see what keeps a person going, showing their interests etc. but no so reliable for the employers. ( LinkedIn is somewhat different of course)

I am against child labour, although it all depends on the conditions. There should be no child on this planet that doesn't get the chance to develop itself in a way that it is supposed to be. A child deserves a carefree childhood in which it can explore and develop a healthy personality. It is okay to work on a certain age but the conditions need to be good and in a way standardized. I don't think work is the solution to keep children of the streets, there are more ways and opportunities that can be regarded to make a child's chance of having a normal life possible. Although in some parts of the world it is very hard and sometimes even impossible i don't think child labour is necessary. Other measures should be explored.

I see some similarities between Esports and conventional sporting but I do believe that conventional sports is and will remain far more popular than Esports. Although in some countries E sporting is very popular I think the main reason people will like real physical sport more is because of the fact that it has a more present human factor to it. People like to watch people conquer on another based on physical training and strength, endurance and having the best state of mind mentally. Conventional sporting has a different spectator experience than esports which is mainly observing a computer screen. I do believe Esports is a world on its own with talent and fun experiences for the audience who are interested in them but i think conventional sporting carries a large package of emotion, mental and physical competition which results in a greater interest for these types of sport.

I think it should be allowed since the use of social media will raise awareness amongst the public and by this will possibly help to quickly identify the criminals. I think privacy is a right you don't have anymore when you commit crimes and don't respect others. Who cares what happens with their privacy after all. I definitely not. But it has to be sure that the suspects are actually guilty.

Of course second love is morally wrong or at least in a grey area, but the responsibility is still with the user that uses their services. You can't blame this company finding a niche where they can make money, since infidelity is something that happens on the regular in our society. I don't believe that second love is to blame for ruined marriages. The choice is still with the user and if they make use of such a service, their is probably something wrong in his/her relationship.

I think the presence of internet improves our life in many more ways than having disadvantages. We are able to globalize almost everything, being able to have product from all over the world, connecting with anybody we want to connect with. We also have information about ongoing affairs in the world which educate us. Everything is more connected and easy accessible which helps us evolve as persons and society. Disadvantages would be security reasons, moral reasons are all kinds of dangers that internet can provide like using it for bad purposes and connecting people that want to harm the society in any way.
