Well, you are asking for proof of the existence of The Truth which in itself is evidence that you believe in truth.
If you actually believe in truth, you by necessity believe in The Truth, because if The Truth doesn't exist, there can be no truth.
So really it looks to me like you are having a hard time admitting that you actually do believe The Truth exists.
If you were totally ignorant of the laws of mathematics, would that mean that these laws are not true?
If no one knew these laws, would that mean they are not true?
Truths are discovered, they don't pop into existence only when they are known. They existed beforehand.
Knowledge is not truth.
