It is foolish to think like this, look at america today, they did not have enough discipline and so resulting in what you see today, thugs,stupid and silly minded people and so on.

No it does not, all discipline is is the process of controlling your self (self discipline) or showing outwardly decline, like you see at karat classes. Discipline is needed at school, so that children will have the discipline to behave properly etc. discipline does not kill creativity, the truth is that creativity and discipline should be balanced together.
