From a British perspective the impression would probably be that Obama is not particularly a Muslim sympathizer and would defend a Christian kid in the same position.
What we see on the news here is not Muslim kids blowing up their schools but plenty of American kids taking automatic weapons in to schools and massacring everyone in sight on what appears to be a fairly regular basis. I think they are the ones to watch.
Well, there is no evidence to suggest the god of the bible exists, but for the sake of argument, say it does.
It depends whether or not this god is all-powerful, because I suppose this god could be all-loving but unable to stop suffering. But this would make it a weak god.
On the other hand if this god were all powerful and able to do anything, then this god would not be all-loving. It would either be ambivalent to human suffering or actually enjoy it, in which case, it would be sadistic.
Yes, I'm sure some did and others didn't, what's your point? There are plenty of things we would consider horrific now that were carried out in praise of various gods, the Spanish Inquisition, for example.
Living in chaotic what? Sorry, I didn't understand that point.
If you are saying that some of the big civilizations from before biblical times were all chaotic you would simply be wrong.
I am probably a good person but I haven't taken the time to fill out my profile, so you'll never know! |
