Teachers should not carry guns in schools as a way to get students to pay attention in class. Furthermore, schools granting teachers the right to posse arms will affect on how outsiders were to view a school’s education system. Imagine, if teachers were allowed to carry guns in schools, it would reflect that the education system that particular school adopts actually encourage violence which should not be the case. After all, schools are needed to educate the students about moral values and on problem-solving without the need of violence. On the other hand, if teachers were given permission to carry arms to school, it would change the supposedly conducive learning environment to a one of high tension. For example, with the knowledge that their teacher possessing a gun, physically the students would not dare to fool around in class, mentally and emotionally the minds of the students would be clouded with the fears of being shot down by their teacher anytime literally.
