Yes ,countries should be able to control the population growth within their countries. For example we see China as a Anti Natalist contry because of how the government has created the one child rule. Which has help decreased the population growth in that country.Letting the government control the population growth is a good thing , if you think about it, if us human don’t control population growth soon our earth has limited space and as wells as limited resources, at one point our home, our earth will become over populated soon if we don’t control the population growth. And well soon run out of earths natural resources.
