And the other line is fucking stupid. Of course your democratic if you vote for the democratic party, that's what the party stands for. And if you vote Republican, then you are a Republican (And most countries are republics anyway, read this for clarity: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republic )
Now, now, now. Let me remind you of something here. Let's say you go into a store. You are looking for either a laptop for school or a giant stationary juggernaut for gaming. You go look at the PCs. What do you see there? HP, Dell, Packard-Bell, Acer, Asus, Alienware, and many many more.
Now you look at the Macs they have on sale. What do you see? No variety in manufacturers or brands, just Apple. Apple all the way. Brands have very different ways of handling warranties on their machines. And Apple has a very limited way of handling their warranties.
With anything but a Mac (I'm not saying PCs because Mac is basically a PC too), you get varied warranties. Got a big Gaming Juggernaut, and want to have it work in good condition for at least 10 years? You can most get a warranty from the Store or the manufacturer. Got a Mac? You get the warranty directly from Apple themselves.
And another thing, which has been repeated countless times: Openness. With ANYTHING BUT A MAC, you can just open your big baby up and replace whatever part needs replacing. You don't get that with Apple's Macintosh. And I'm not gonna argue about software, because you are able to install Third-Party software on a Mac, but I'm gonna argue about a bigger problem with Apple. They have a very "Unusual" way of handling their products. I'm going to list a few problems here. Most of them are not directly related to the Mac, but I need to get this out.
1. They charge for Software Updates (I know that happens with Windows too, but they only do it for their super ultra major updates that almost completely change the system, compare the difference between Windows 7 and 8. It's immense. And besides, with Linux and the like, you get it all for free anyway, and you can install any operating system on Mac anyway), with OS X Lion/Mountain lion/Tiger/whatever, they fucking PAY MONEY for a simple operating system upgrade.
2. They restrict what you can install on the iPhone/iPod/iPad that YOU paid for.
3. And they are also restrictive with the music that YOU can put on YOUR iPod/iPhone/whatever. You HAVE to use iTunes to transfer music, and this is a big problem for us Windows users, because iTunes runs like CRAP on Windows. I can testify to that.
3. They use strange buzzwords to lure people in to pay money for their products (Retina Display and the like). I know some PC Manufacturers will probably do this too, but they're more on the PC Specs side, since they most of the time don't own the OS that comes with the system, while Mac does this for both sides, Software and Hardware wise.
4. The company that manufactures the Macs, iPhones, and the like is Foxconn, which is infamous for letting their workers work under subhuman conditions. (Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/
5. They release their products without proper market testing (iPhone 4, that ugly mouse that came with the first iMacs, and so on)
6. And finally, and most obvious, they charge obscene amounts of money for cheap Taiwanese hardware in shiny unibody cases.
And I'm gonna end by saying that if you want to use a Mac, that's fine, whatever rolls your boat. Just don't think you're superior to ANYTHING ELSE BUT MAC users. And as I said before, I am well aware that you can install other operating systems on a Mac.
