I think dogs are also kinda dumb, because they need much training to be able to do what you want them to do, and I have dogs that think they are cats. And dogs are actually kind of dumb, because of the dog test that it says in the reading, they may not be as smart as we hope. And as I said, mine act like cats ALL THE TIME!
I think dogs are smart, because they can be trained to find things, help people in need, and even normal dogs can be good alert dogs! I have two dogs who bark at EVERYTHING, so they would make good alert dogs if something happens.
