Although the world is growing with more people, it doesn't mean that removing humans rights is justifiable. I don't think controlling the population is right for the government. Governments shouldn't be able to remove our rights and control us. The government should be for us and not only themselves. All humans deserve the same right and should be able to keep that right as the government promises it to us when we're born. Us being alive is a right, and that right makes all of our rights be there. And even if the government controls the population, another problem will occur if it's not happening now.
