Yes, they should. They provide means of communication, accessibility, and convenience. Students enjoy school more when they have their phones, and can do things like look up facts and other things school related. While I admit they can be distracting at times, the teacher is supposed to make their class interesting, and if they fail to do so, that is not the student's fault.

Um, since when have people always followed the law? Just saying, if people did there would be no murder, no kidnapping, no rape, no terrorism, and obviously that's not happening.

No, the US is not a good force in the world. They attack and spy on foreign countries while people in their own country are being killed. Maybe, um...ban immigrants from terrorist countries? Just a thought. Or stop screwing around in other countries. Protect your own citizens first!!!

So, you are saying people should be punished because they did something like kill someone else, right? But now you want to kill them? Then why shouldn't the executioner also be killed? And it would just be a never ending circle of people killing and then being killed.
