Assuming new testament as legit: Jesus himself denied that he's not God by clearly differentiating between him and God
Luke:
18 A certain ruler asked him, “Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
19 “Why do you call me good?” Jesus answered. “No one is good—except God alone.
If these are the words of Jesus then he has clearly denied himself from being God
God is not human, that he should lie,
not a human being, that he should change his mind.
Does he speak and then not act?
Does he promise and not fulfill?
Numbers 23:19
I will not carry out my fierce anger,
nor will I devastate Ephraim again.
For I am God, and not a man—
the Holy One among you.
I will not come against their cities.
Hosea 11:9
So if God is not a man, nor changes, how can Jesus be proclaimed as God? Because God simply does not change. Nowhere in the old testament does God become a man except books of new testament. Most of which are anonymous and forged books.
