Yes. The question is if it is EVER justifiable. And that is a yes. Rosa Parks broke the law. Gandhi broke the law. Both these people were protesting for things that are considered good causes. People who hid Jews from from the Nazis or Jews who stayed in Spain during the Inquisition were breaking the law. So very much a yes.

I dont think watterboarding should be leagal in most cases. Now if a guy claims to know that there is a nuclear bomb planted in New York City yeah probably water board him. But im not sure i want to give goverment power to torture people when ever they want to.

I don't pay the to watch a ball game but hey if people want to blow their money who am I to stop them. I don't see the fun in watching a guy throw a ball or swing a bat or run but thats just me. When we put regulations on were money can go we give government more power. And to Quote Tom Paine "Government is at it's best a necessary evil".

There is no proof either way. I belive the description of god disapearing in The Hitchhikers trilogy (cant remember which one of the books) shows the falicy of this arguement. Personally I belive yes god excists. But I haveno proof. However the other side of the arguement has no proof that god does not excist. So really it is just a debate over what people belive. No one has proof.

Now for the arguement:

People like Joe Stalin who is used as the picture here is probably some one who should have gotten whacked. People like Saddam Hussien who commit acts of Genocide have no right to live in my opinion. Adolf Hitler should have been assinated. Would it not have been better for a British Spy to shoot Hitler and in the ensuring confusion make sure a leader who was a little less crazy become the leader of germany instead of WW2 killing millions of people. However If not for WW2 the Great Depression probably would have lasted longer and many technological discoveries would not have been made then. But we would have those 100s of millions of people who could invent new things and develope technology also. How many of those people would be an Albert Einstien or a Stephen Hawkings. So yes killing a dictator who is worth it.
