I don't think so because according to The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) states that marijuana smokers experience respiratory disturbances similar to tobacco smokers, including coughs and lung infections. Also like tobacco, marijuana may increase the risk of heart attack due to its ability to raise blood pressure and heart rate.

Medically, marijuana has shown some promise in relieving pain and increasing appetite. The American Medical Association states that further research should be carried out to assess the use of marijuana for medical purposes. How can person be happy if he is ill or suffer? happiness just for a while :D If they will legalize cannabis what will be how do you think? I think our state will not be in 50 of developed countries , because no one will care of that, can you see that countries where cannabis is legalized? what is your position, i don't think that with help of your arguments they can help drug addicted people be happy , it's funny ...

I truly agree with you that it's no more harmful than tobacco and alcohol , There are many disadvantages from both and in my opinion i wouldn't legalize both of them in our state. According to the scientist David Geffen cigarette smokers may feel that their tobacco addiction is far less harmful than smoking an illegal drug such as marijuana. Marijuana smokers who abstain from tobacco sometimes boast that their drug of choice is safer than cigarettes. The truth is that both tobacco and marijuana have damaging effects. Those who smoke both cigarettes and marijuana suffer the compound consequences of two different drugs destroying their health simultaneously. That's why advice to all smokers don't smoke because you can die early

societys prohibition in 1937, extract of Cannabis sativa (marijuana) was one of the top three most prescribed medicines in the US. When it became illegal, its use as a medicine became restricted. Despite these regulations research on the medical use of marijuana continued. I have read this article it's so interesting there are many thing why cannabis shouldn't be legalize http://learn.genetics.utah.edu/content/addiction/issues/marijuana.html

One thing I learned is that marijuana does relieve pain and that it is not nearly as addictive as morphine. It can ease the nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy and, at the same time, give you a wonderful high.

Despite the positives, I am not convinced. There are so many other factors that need to be considered. Marijuana causes some parts of the brain - such as those governing the emotions, memory and judgment - to spin out of control. If you choose to ignore the attacks and memory loss, consider what marijuana can do to your lungs. Its smoke carries more tar and other particles than tobacco. You can relieve your migraine, but you also have a higher chance of developing lung cancer. To drug policy reformers, prohibition of marijuana is not just a cause to be supported, but a mandatory way of life, necessary to uphold society’s moral fiber. These activists do not consider marijuana to be safe. Even when scientific information supports the lack of harmful effects of cannabis on the body; many still categorize it with dangerous substances such as cocaine or heroine. I'm against

Every feature in your face holds a significant meaning. Therefore, you must take note of the differences on each side of the face. It has been scientifically proven that each side to your face is controlled by either parts of your brain.

The right side of your brain controls the left side of your body, while the left side of your brain controls the right side of your body

The left side of the brain is responsible for logic. Hence, it works like a computer. This logical side is reflective of your professional and external life. The right side of the brain is associated with imagination, intuition, and emotions. Consequently, the left side of the face represents your personal side. Isn't learning how to read faces fun to do?

Create an imaginary line that divides both sides of the face and notice any symmetry. If they are asymmetrical, it reveals that the person have varying perspective in terms of personal and professional life. It is revealed in the difference of details when it comes to the face's lines, eyebrows, cheeks, nostrils, and forehead, among others.

Ohh, if you want to know how to read the faces i can give you advice :D You can also learn how to read faces through the eyes and lips, as they are also expressive features in a person's face. If you can see white between the lower eyelids and the iris, then it signals that the person is worried. And if the white can be seen above of the iris, then it is likely that the person will respond fiercely about the situation. Lastly, lines on the sides of the eyes show someone who often smiles or a generally happy person.

Rudeness is one of those qualities that exist in people in every country. There is no country in the world that does not have rude people in it. A rude person somehow feels superior when he or she puts others down. Because they are so used to acting this way they don’t see anything wrong with their behavior. And when they put others down, these people somehow seem to think that they will make themselves feel better. The truth is that a person that acts rudely towards someone else, they will be putting themselves down. Rudeness (also called impudence or effrontery) is a display of disrespect by not complying with the social "laws" or etiquette of a group or culture.

These laws have been established as the essential boundaries of normally accepted behavior. Both manners and morality deal with whether a thing is morally good or bad, but at different levels. Unlike morality, which, for example, condemns murder as a violation of the human person, a manner primarily concerns itself with violations of human dignity, rather than the person's health or property. If people will be more attentive to each other , probably they could avoid the problem of rudeness because rudeness is perceived hostility against another person, in manner, tone, or behavior. Excuses for rudeness have very limited acceptability when based on trivial personal issues, like fatigue or 'having a bad day'. This kind of rude behavior is essentially a manifestation of immaturity, selfishness, self-absorbtion, or poor personal values. Humans react to rudeness by impulse and sometimes forget that perhaps that person is not well; they may have several problems in their lives; received bad news of someone they love that has just died; some medications can make people cranky and rude or, some people are just angry within themselves and take it out on other people. Wise individuals try to get past the rude stage of that person and sometimes if you smile and say something like, 'having a bad day you would be surprised how these rude people will react and they'll calm down.

If someone is rude to the point of being cruel or malicious then set them straight that you are not going to accept their attitude.

Deliberate rudeness is often difficult to address without knowing the underlying reason for it. Neither responding in kind or ignoring it can guarantee a satisfactory outcome.

The rude attitude of a person, black or white, is an expression of dissatisfaction with the status of the people being addressed. In African Americans, this is often a result of perceived unequal treatment in many areas of society. Among Caribbean blacks and some Asian groups, Europeans and Americans are seen as rude.

Rudeness, of course, is a perception by the observer, and depends upon the cultural acclimation of the individuals involved. Much of what is perceived as rudeness is a result of different cultural expectations regarding acceptable behavior. People also may act differently toward those not of their own culture.

All of us, a thousand times a day, read faces. When someone says “I love you,” we look into that person’s eyes to judge his or her sincerity. When we meet someone new, we often pick up on subtle signals. In the nineteen-sixties, a young San Francisco psychologist named Paul Ekman began to study facial expression, and he discovered that no one knew the answers to those questions.

Most people tell the truth most of the time, for it is extremely hard to keep up with your own lies. People also tend to behave in a pattern. Find out a person’s pattern and you will have a key to the person’s mind. Thus having poker face may be very advantageous and not only in a game of poker. How do we know what others are feeling? How do we gauge our audience in social interactions? Even if you’re the type of person who keeps your emotions to yourself. I think if people we will more attentive to eachother it will be not difficult to solve this global problem

The contribution that alcohol has made to the large fluctuations in mortality in Russia in recent years is now widely recognized. An association between heavy drinking and Russia is part of popular culture. But what is the reality?

During the Soviet period (1917–1991). It notes how the state, at various times, encouraged alcohol sales. By the early 1980s, the social cost of heavy drinking was becoming apparent. This led, in 1985, to the imposition of the wide-ranging and initially highly effective anti-alcohol campaign by Mikhail Gorbachev. The features of this campaign and of its subsequent collapse are described. In the 1990s, consumption of alcohol increased rapidly. Alcohol, as a central component of life in Russia . United Arab Emirates is a country-oriented tourists. In this regard, alcohol "outside the law" for all consumption of alcohol is prohibited in public places, the appearance in public and driving while intoxicated.

Our country is Kazakhstan, and lots of tourists come here, why alcohol is allowed?

Why not ban alcohol, like smoking marijuana or drugs,by deprivation of liberty?

Alcohol addiction is a global problem this state and must be addressed. Our citizens are suffering from alcoholism, and why the government has not banned the using of

alcohol?
