You can't just generalize a whole population. I know plenty of people who do not care for her. Does that mean everyone doesn't like her?

So because she signs autographs for a variety of races means she shouldn't be taken off television? It isn't a matter of race. I don't think she shouldn't be on TV, but it can be very antagonizing for many people who don't wish to see her everyday in the paper, on the news or mentioned in their favourite shows if they don't care for her. Another issue is that her fan base has been taken to the highest level of exposure where propaganda is almost telling you that its cool to like Hannah Montana or Miley Cyrus. For many other deserving artists, they constantly have to battle her large fandom sheep in order to receive recognition. I've heard so many complaints that she can't sing and maybe its true. Ultimately, my opinion is that she really shouldn't be so famous for what she does, its hardly any different from other actresses and musicians.
