It's all politics. There is no war on women. Just warring parties throwing slander at each other

We musn't intervene in this. We don't have the money for one. Far more important than that, I don't want people to die over someone else's conflict. Ever see a map of our military bases in the middle east? Dozens of them surround Iran, yet THEY are the threat?

This claim is dogmatism. It suggests no reason for its conclusion. The views of others, that the Bible is not God's word or is not an ultimate authority, have just as much validity.

This question is based on some major misconceptions (addressed below). Its overriding logical error, however, is that it is an argument from ignorance. One's inability to find an answer to a question does not imply that the question has no answer. Information is not meaning and does not, per se, imply any special structure or function. Any arrangement implies information; the information is how the arrangement is described. If a new arrangement occurs, whether spontaneously or from the outside, new information is assembled in the process. Even if the arrangement consists of shattering a glass into tiny pieces, that means assembling new information.Nothing needs to assemble itself. Evolution and abiogenesis do not exclude outside influences; on the contrary, such outside influences are essential. In abiogenesis, it is observed that complex organic molecules easily form spontaneously due to little more than basic chemistry and energy from the sun or from the earth's interior. In evolution, information from the environment is communicated to genomes indirectly via natural selection against varieties that do not do well in that environment.

If fairness is demanded, then that is the general hypocrisy. Why don't churches teach evolution AND creationism?

I don't think so. Love is necessary for the survival of our species. Is food a disease if it can kill us? I think not.

Depends. Should the other theory be tought in a science class? I don't think so. For one point, it does not fall under the category of observable science int the scientific method. Anther reason is this: Equal time would open creationism, and by extension Christianity in general, to ridicule and attack. Saint Augustine recognized this in the fifth century:

"Usually, even a non-Christian knows something about the earth, the heavens, and the other elements of this world, about the motion and orbit of the stars and even their size and relative positions, . . . and this knowledge he holds to as being certain from reason and experience. Now, it is a disgraceful and dangerous thing for an infidel to hear a Christian, presumably giving the meaning of Holy Scripture, talking non-sense on these topics; and we should take all means to prevent such an embarrassing situation, in which people show up vast ignorance in a Christian and laugh it to scorn."

The accuracy of the Qur'an is not remarkable. All of its accurate points can be explained by simple observation of nature or by selective interpretation of scriptures.

It would be possible if we could remove money from politics, which is possible. Perhaps a revolution... Not that I am one of those nuts, but that is indeed a way
