There those who like to plan ahead and check the weather forecast before leaving home for example. There are those who are laid back and deal with situations as they go along. Personally I finding planning is more useful as it saves me time in the long run.
It is not feasible. Their are too many people on the planet approximately 7.5 billion. So the chance of you talking to everyone is nill.
The bully feels empowered and the best way to not be a victim is to not have loop holes. For example, at the work place, one should do their job properly and not need to be spoon fed. You shouldn't have mistakes otherwise tongues will wag, co-workers will think your incompetent and that's how you get bullied. This is one example. So you can't be bullied if you are competent and give the appropriate answers. You have to give valid arguments then the bully will have to move on to someone else. Also, its worth ignoring them not looking in their direction other wise it will harvest their power and they will act up again
I don't know anyone who hasn't been bullied and if someone says they haven't they are probably not being honest because they feel ashamed. I was bullied at my work place by a manager who had been bullied her self surprise surprise . I think people who have been bullied become bullies because it gives them power over others it makes them feel superior.
Are their benefits to bullying? For the victim. Some might say its good character building. As cliche' as it sounds it makes you stronger. Also, being top dog aka a bully has health benefits. According to William Copeland William Copeland, an associate professor of psychiatry and behavioural sciences at Duke University Medical Center, and other researchers report in the journal PNAS that bullies show lower levels of inflammation, a biological process linked to higher risks of chronic diseases such as heart trouble and cancer, while victims show spikes in the very inflammatory markers that could prime them for serious health problems.
