I agree with you. Also to add that he claimed that all current species descend from common ancestors. Darwin also suggested a model of inheritance he named “pangenesis” which later used sailors and watchmakers as examples of pangenesis.

Epigenetics is the study of heritable changes in appearance or gene expression caused by mechanisms other than changes in the underlying DNA sequence. These types of changes may remain through cell divisions for the remainder of the cell's life and may also last for multiple generations. There is no change in the underlying DNA sequence of the organism. Darwin claimed that all current species descend from common ancestors and natural selection acting on morphological diversity is the driving agent of change. Darwin also suggested a model of inheritance he named “pangenesis”. Darwin used sailors and watchmakers as examples of pangenesis, claiming sailors tended to become farsighted and watchmakers nearsighted due to their respective occupations and these acquired traits are inheritable.

I agree with you. Natural Selection is a big form of process in Darwin's time and belief on eugenics. A lot of Darwin's concepts contributed to eugenics.

Humans can influence their own evolution through selective breeding or genetic enhancement. Darwin’s concepts were the most fit of species could survive; which was healthy and all traits were supportive to survival. The mechanisms of natural selection were potentially thwarted by human civilization. Francis Galton systematized the ideas and practices of his new knowledge about evolution of man and animals provided by the theory Darwin. Eugenics is superficially related to what would later be known as Social Darwinism.

I agree with you. Darwin made a big contribution to our society and it is how we act now at this day. Dalton later came and added more into the the theory of eugenics.

What was occurring in Europe at this time was the Holocaust. Nazi governmental policy was openly influenced by Darwinism, the Zeitgeist of both science and educated society of the time. Hitler believed humans were animals to whom the genetics laws, learned from livestock breeding. Darwinism not only offered the Germans a meaningful interpretation of their recent military past, but also a justification for future aggression.

In the United States, slavery was happening at the time and Black people. In Darwin’s book called “Sacred Cause” by Adrian Desmond and James Moore, say that slavery propaganda of the time often claimed that different races belonged to different species, a notion that Darwin’s work obliterated. Arguments about the races were at the forefront of intellectual and political debate.

Agree. There is enough evidence saying that global warming is happening. Something should be dune right away to prevent from global warming to get worse. I think that scientists that do not believe in global warming are just getting payed to say this stuff and brainwash a lot of people that do not believe in global warming.

Agree, the ice caps are melting and we should do something right away to prevent global warming is getting worse

I agree with you. That is the job of ICAO and IATA in this. Companies like Boring is putting that into work like for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The aircraft will use 20% less fuel for comparable missions than today's similarly sized airplane. Also according to the IATA, The A380 (Airbus A380) and B787 (Boeing 787) are aiming for 3 litres per 100 passenger km. See this website and it shows a lot of very good information that the IATA says about global warming.

Copenhagen was NOT a big waste of time! It united a lot of the Worlds leaders to talk about Global Warming and to see what can be dune to prevent it from getting worse. Global warming does exist. There is a lot of enough evidence to prove that global warming is happening and that person in the video (not Paul) was being payed. Just think on what is going on to the polar bears at the ice glaciers, they are melting. And the question is why, it is not even a question, its global warming that is causing this tragedy for the poor polar bears. And that is only one thing on what is happening to the animals. First them, next US!!!!!!!!!!!!!
