So... just because he was supporting a racial movement by the community, he should be a victim of fraud? How do you justify that? One is racism and one is theft... they are not correlated in any way.
That is fraud. I believe in Karma, and doing this will end up coming back to bite him. I totally get the fact that THEY were being racist when offering the money, but it still does not give him the right to scam them. He knows that they can't move now, yet he wants to take the money Mr. Lindner collected. It's the age-old adage that two wrongs don't make a right, and I believe that applies here. Technically, he would be stealing from them.
