Yes. This also should come with more training and a tighter selection on who should be a teacher. It could increase a teachers pay and make schools more safe.
In this day and time Democrats. The Democrats in Obama's administration are a lot different then back in the 70's. They are turning America into a more European lifestyle. If you don't like how America works then move to Europe plain and simple.
I believe they are needed. However, we don't need a huge amount of them. Maybe 2-4 active nukes. Not thousands. Without them we wont look as powerful.
