If you can not care for the baby, what is wrong with getting it adopted? Also, how do you know you are not murdering a would be famous sportsman or inventor. However I would give an exception if the mother may die during birth (in which case the baby would probably die anyway) or if the baby will die during the first few days of its' life (saving unnecessary suffering.)
Marijuana is extremely harmful to the body. And even those who don't use it will have increased risk because of its legalization. Marijuana severely diminishes the safety of driving, and if someone who was high drives into someone who is not, the non drug person will not be any less dead. So it is not a case of: "If a person is willing to take the risk then it is there body," as those who do not intend to take the risk may also be hurt.
The whole reason the idea of 'doing the right thing' exists is in order to reward those who avoid the option of the 'wrong thing.' If it was impossible to be evil, then if you rewarded someone for doing the 'right thing' you might as well reward someone for existing. And that just sounds strange.
