Medical science has advanced rapidly and raised our positive expectations of it to an unsustainable point. Some highly publicized and profiled incidents of advanced medical intervention such as seperation of conjoined twins or facial recontructions were meant to showcase the exception in medical science in providing help in these forms of areas. However, it has became a concern when the public mistaken it to be a norm and are attracted to do plastic surgery to beautify their physical appearance with the thought that the surgery would save a relationship or resolve long standing personal issue when the realistic expectation of the procedure was just to improve their overall body image and body feature altered. For example, people with body dysmorphic disorder, BDD repeatedly change or examine the offending body part to the point that the obsession interferes with other aspects of their life and majority of them who had plastic surgery do not experience improvement in their BDD symptoms. Hence it can be shown that medical science may lack capability in the field of managing personal issues and that people have been expecting them to do so much with the skills they possess. Therefore, i can say that people now expect too much from medical science as it has always been so successful.

Spoken language is more important than written form when it comes to cultivating good interpersonal skills. In today world, having good communication skills is the key to success as it display a form of confidence. In circumstance of a job interview, it can be case where your testimonial is written beautifully but if you are not able to showcase your sincerity and commitment for the job in spoken language, the probability of losing out may be huge.
