Yes, I think if a criminal got away Scott free his ill gotten gain should not be given to the victims and the victims should have no voice in the sentencing phase.
Blacks should grow up. If their family was murdered they should have no voice in the preceding and not receive a dime in a civil proceeding.
All whites that have been previously convicted of murder and theft , home invasion or a money making scheme should be released immediately
