Technically, Wayne doesn't freestyle, if u saw his documentary, you would see that while he's "free styling" he constantly stops to take note of what he said or what he could say to make it better. Wayne doesn't WRITE, not writing is not the same thing as free styling.
Because of the amount of time that he has been in the rap game, Lil Wayne is the best rapper. He is a good metaphorical rapper, though his raps are beginning to lack in lyrical content as he gets older. Drake on the other hand, lyrically is better than Wayne. As far as metaphors and lyrics go, he outshines Lil Wayne. When Thank Me Later drops, he'll out sell the Carter III proving his dominances. Wayne knows that Drake is a better rapper than he is and has said it before. Point blank, Drake is more talented and hasn't even reached his potential. My vote goes with Drake.
