They are people. Human beings. So, if the question is about whether they should be given their man rights, the obvious answer is yes.

Seat belts do save lives. They just do. And if the role of the government it help save our lives, which it is, then they should be allowed to fine us for not wearing seat belts. While I understand they can be bad for people as well, they do more good than bad, they help us, and we shouldn't reject them out of our own rebelliousness

the college experience is about so much more than just learning. it's not just getting information, but about processing through it with a group of people. about seeing what your learning about, touching it, feeling it. its about being taught by someone who can gauge your reaction and find out how to teach you best. we can't throw this away for a cheaper, more continent way of learning than is less effective

I agree. if we can keep ourselves safe, killing someone else is cruel and unnecessary

Our law says that you ARE innocent until you are proven guilty. This really shouldn't be a question. If someone accuses me of murder, you can't throw me in prison unless I defend myself well. Its your job to make sure I did it and prove your case. If you have evidence/something persuasive, then I should start to have to defend not the other way around
