The only way it would be possible, would be if they were similar to the "zombies" of 28 days later a cross over of the rabies virus that doesnt make you rot away as your walking! Most other zombies rely on the supernatural and as I dont believe in the super natural then I naturally believe that a rabies crossover virus is really the only thing possible!
