Absolutely. How can we expect any resolution to our differences if there isn't a dialog. It's pretty clear the "wack'em with a big stick" mentality didn't work out for Iraq. Sure no more Saddam .... but now we're committed to fixing the mess we made or risk it becoming more of a problem. We don't have the will or the resources to fight another war ... and our enemies know that. How about we start acting like adults rather than kids on a playground???
I don't think "willing" is the correct word. I'm not willing to pay $4 a gallon for gas to drive to work .... but if I don't drive to work I won't have $4 to buy a gallon of gas. I'm not willing to pay more for anything ... whether I have a choice is an entirely different matter.
I don't WANT to pay $15 to check a bag ... typically when I fly on business it's all carry on ... but when I vacation with my family that's $60 !! The cost of a good dinner!
It all needs to be considered in the final cost. If you have the flexibility, shop around compare costs, consider ALL extra charges and then book your flight. It's all economics ....
I am probably a good person but I haven't taken the time to fill out my profile, so you'll never know! |
