Yes they are super rude. They do not spare a thought for those around them and do not observe societal etiquette. This may be a result of their upbringing as parents wants to give their children the most peaceful and comfortable environment to live in. They tend to be less strict with their children also.The lack/absence of challenges and trials in their childrens' lives. Therefore they are more rude.

Yes they are more fortunate than before. They have a lot of devices that make their lives more convenient and and more good food to nourish themselves with. Their parents also make it easy for them as they do not have to go through the phase of poverty or physical hardship. Although some form of technology hinders us from developing interpersonal skills and a sense of respect and life skills and manners and EQ, we are still blessed with cool stuff (y) Also, we have many more opportunities to experience life in full and see more of the world today than ever before.
