I believe that they should only be able to control population growth if it is before a female is trying to have a baby. If she is already pregnant, then they shouldn’t be able to control her current, in-born baby. I also believe that if you can’t afford a child or can’t sustain a healthy and responsible life for them, then you shouldn’t be able to
have a child, but if the mother is already pregnant then there is nothing the government can do.
