really... stopping guns is not that easy. with alcohol, when it was banned people could sell it at unreasonable prices. that is how Al Capone got rich. so people would still use guns "under the table". who do you think would be the new Al Capone. criminals rob banks, robbing banks is illegal, so if you add them up you get that criminals would not stop using guns because it is the law.
