For military, China DOES have more manpower available for service. However, the US has much more money to spend on the military("he USA spends 4.34% of its GDP (Which is ~18.57 Trillion) on the military, and China spends 1.99% (Which is ~ 11.2 Trillion)."). If an emergency or an invasion were to happen, we have more money in our budget to use if we need to take resources or vehicles unexpectedly. In addition to this, the US has close to 60 allies. If the US were to enter a war, there are many countries that could assist the US in fighting. China does not have nearly as many allies, therefore, less supported if a war was to break out.

The future Superpower is the USA. The USA has a stronger economy than China. Our GDP is $18.57 trillion whereas China's GDP is about $7 trillion less than ours at $11.2 trillion. The GDP per capita is also much higher in the that of the Chinese. An average American citizen makes about $5,000 a year while an average Chinese citizen makes about $9,000 a year. 7.3% of our population is unemployed. Only 4.3% of China's population is unemployed. Despite our unemployment rate being higher, the Chinese nation still has more people unemployed. There are 23,586,300 people unemployed in the US and 56,539,000 unemployed in China. The US does have a large debt but with the very high GDP its plausible that the US will be able to pay off that debt over time.Another reason the US is the future superpower is their political power. Our type of government hasn't changed since the constitution was written(amendments have been made to the constitution and new laws have been passed but our government remains a constitution-based federal republic). China's government has changed. China was fully declared communist when they won the conflict with the Nationalist Party in 1949. Our government has been stable for over 200 years and it can and will stay stable for many years to come. The Chinese government has been unstable in the past and could be unstable in the future. If China has an unstable government and can't make decisions for their country because of conflicts, they won't be able to make decisions for the world, therefore having a very small amount of political influence. In addition to this, China does not have as many allies as the US. We have about 60 allies (members of NATO, South Korea, Australia, etc). An exact number wasn't found, but websites have said that China doesn't have nearly as many allies.

While the US doesn't have as many people available for military services, or as many active soldiers, our defense budget is much higher than China's. Our defense budget is $598 billion and China's is $146 billion. In the circumstance of an emergency, the US has more money to use to defend their country. In China, they might not have the money they need to defend their country from possible enemies.

I agree. in addition to this, Japan was going to be forced to surrender anyway. Japan wasn't strong enough to defend themselves against the USA and the Soviet Union. When the Soviet Union would've entered the war, Japan would have needed to surrender anyway. The bombs were completely unnecessary ~ http://www.historyextra.com/article/premium/should-america-have-dropped-atomic-bombs-hiroshima-nagasaki-justified-debate

The dropping of the atomic bombs did save american/ allied soldiers, but to do this, we flattened two WHOLE cities. In the long run, more lives were saved, but in less than a week, over 100,000 people died. The cost of OUR soldiers lives was huge. The price of our lives was over one hundred thousand japanese CIVILIAN LIVES~ https://qz.com/472146/its-clear-the-us-should-not-have-bombed- hiroshima-and-nagasaki/

The United States could have dropped the bomb in Tokyo Bay. This would have been warning enough and a way more humane approach of it. This method would have saved tens of thousands of lives in Japan ~ https://qz.com/472146/its-clear-the-us-should-not-have-bombed- hiroshima-and-nagasaki/

The dropping of the atomic bombs did save american/ allied soldiers, but t

North Korea is already under economic sanctions and military pressure. If the DPRK were to attack another country or make a serious threat, sanctions and military pressure would be highly increased. This could devastate the country. If North Korea's goal is to survive, they won't attack because with new sanctions, their economy will crash ~ https://www.pri.org/stories/2017-05-01/north-korea-really-threat-united-states

Even though North Korea is developing their "new" technology(they're behind in weaponry development by a few decades now) the U.S. still developing their new technology. We've already made nuclear weapons and probably have made bigger, better weaponry by now. Everybody in the world is always working on new machinery, technology, and weaponry and the U.S. is already ahead of North Korea

Despite the United States being within North Korea’s missile range, North Korea doesn’t have a way to keep it on its path towards the U.S. This will prevent the DPRK from firing a missile in fear of hitting other countries, and potentially creating enemies. This gives us a reason to not be scared of North Korea ~ http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-21710644

North Korea does not have enough military power to be able to defend themselves against the United states. By declaring war, North Korea would also be declaring suicide(the united states would easily win the war). North Koreans wouldn’t declare suicide as their only goal is to survive ~ http://www.newsweek.com/2016/12/30/north-korea-kim-jong-un-donald-trump-foreign-policy-533749.html (←video)
