superman's weakness also is magic and anything that can mentally affect him. Some one like Dr. Strange can actually stand a chance. Also Ghost Rider is magical so superman is beat by him. Legion can make superman a living vegetable. Any one with psionics, yes even the heavens gate looking guy in a wheel chair, can mess with all of the Dc's characters mind making them basically useless.

Can't forget about sentry, basically marvel superman.

Legion: literally one of the most powerful psychic in the Marvel universe. yes even more powerful than jean grey, and professor Xavier. Also has multiple personalities which, have different psychic powers, which basically allows him to have every power ever.

Dead pool: basically nearly indestructible, can only kill him by obliterating every cell in his body

Juggernaut: has a infinity stone in him, which give him his powers plus he virtually unstoppable when he starts moving.

Skaar: Hulks half-alien son. He is physically stronger than hulk, just as fast regeneration, wields a sword, smarter than hulk, and can use some sort of tectonic earth powers. You want evidence that he exists, look him up.
