We cant say that religious only has mental advantages, as science is also created bby humans who in past where used to believe in religious things, when science was not existing , this religious beliefs was helping us, so how we can compare science and religion, we cant compare anything, we can just respect things because every one has given us many things and we have acknowledge it. saurbaby....its both..helpful...for me.

i dont think conversation skill is more important than grammer, because..conversation skill just messed up english language..in todays world no one is speaking english grammitacally, every they just use short form, if no grammer, no proper english, conversation is best when it is with grammer dear.

Very true, i agree with you ,Office politics are present in every industry in one form or another - and it is not going to go away anytime soon. Usually, the main intention of people who engage in office politics, is for personal gain. But what makes office politics a serious issue is the fact that employees who participate in petty politics contribute very little to the organization and its presence at all levels.

but its very difficult to stop :(
