if two people have been together for a while and feel completely comfortable then why shouldn't it be allowed? weather you are 15 or 45 you could rush into sex and regret it later on in life. i think alot of people don't respect teenagers to make there own choice's after all if they know the problems that this may cause and about staying safe then there should be no law against it also the law understands that underage sex is going to happen weather its legal or not thats why they provide kids with the choice on contraception and sex education so young so its a bit of a pointless law.
