Yes it should be banned beacuse its not helthy for our body, also its a couse of diseases.

Im agree that parents get a report card,because they will know there children level and their degree so they will encourage them to get high deyree.

If student use the cell phone in the school it well affect in there level , I do not support this idea because the students will be thinking in cell phone does not focus on explaining the teacher does not care about the study.
