No of course not. If people only spoke their opinion's in light of being right, than there would be no point they have nothing to prove.

Even the people who believe all their opinions are right, IF they voice them, they are looking for feedback. So really no one (who voices an opinion OUT LOUD) truly believes their own opinion 100%.
