Recently the FBI has asked Apple to unlock one of its Iphones to get potential terrorist information inside the phone. CEO of Apple Tim Cook has refused to comply with the FBI due to various concerns that this could make their products vulnerable in the future. If the iphone is unlocked this could become a slippery slope for governments to begin imposing security breaching measures on other private enterprises according to Tim Cook. If Apple does not help the FBI unlock the phone, then the families and friends of the people that were slaughtered during the terrorist attack may lose crucial information to help them with their case. This is a tricky case with many implications for the future so debate on!
