Should an excessive drinker or smoker be liable for organ transplants? (read description)
Should an excessive drinker or smoker be liable for organ transplants? Should an alcoholic be able to get a liver transplant when he contracts liver disease from drinking so much? Should a smoker be liable for a lung transplant when he contracted lung cancer? I think not, because they did it to themselves, and they may still do it even after the transplant. Many people who actually need those transplants could have been put off for an alcoholic or a smoker. Tell me your opinion below.
Do you believe there are other living things outside of this earth??
Personally, I believe we do have extra terrestrials or other living things outside of the earth, and I believe the government knows something about it. I mean, humans have only been 248,655 miles outside of the earth's atmosphere. There is still so much more space to be discovered! There's no way we are the only living things out of all 100-200 billion galaxies in space. No way.
I'm sort of afraid to ask this one. Being in marching band myself, I see firsthand the multiple physical things we do that should make marching band a sport, but others disagree. Let's see what you guys (and girls) think.
Artists need time to do their creative work, but they also have to earn money to live. Do you think the government should subsidize things like rent for artists? What, if any, value do you think creative works bring to the population or culture in which they were created?
What is more important: Our privacy or national security?

What kind of information — like Web sites visited or phone numbers called — do you think the government should have access to in order to prevent future terrorist attacks?
