Although this is a very good argument, I would have to disagree with you. You are right that there would be no disputes when it comes to politics. However, I don't believe it would limit the fights in America because there would be no laws or overarching power. This would make it so people could steal, kill, etc. If this was allowed and no one was making sure it didn't happen, chaos would occur. Also, no taxes could be a negative because they pay for things we need such as clean water. Without taxes, we wouldn't be able to have things that are needed to stay safe.

I would much rather live under a government for multiple reasons. The overarching goal a of a government is to keep the people safe. They do this by maintaining control and organization within the country. To do this, laws and regulations are made for people to follow in a government. The Social Contract theory supports the idea of having laws because the people have to give up a little bit of their freedom to keep themselves safe. The government does this by making rules for people to follow and allows you to settle disputes in court. This is better than not having a government because although there wouldn't be any laws you'd have to follow without a government, there is nothing to help protect you from harmful things. This includes dirty water and dangerous situations because there are no regulations to follow. Also, there couldn't be government funding for anything so people would have trouble making money. To go along with this, there wouldn't be money protect our country from outside forces. If we didn't have a government, the country would be in complete chaos and extremely unsafe.
