But I wasn't talking about just following religion. I was referring to people who are deeply immersed in their religion and know the history and terms quite well.

That's called being analytical or wise. They aren't the same thing.

I can agree. There is more than what meets the eye. ~

The only reason why you probably had one in the first place was because you were thinking fearful things. Just wanted to point that out.

You could be considered a hippy of the '70s, but modern hippies are new-agers, usually. The terms are interchangeable now.

intelligence, we can all agree is book knowledge. If I have spent years studying anything concerned with religion, I could be considered intelligent in those regards.

That only depends on which God you're talking about. ~

That is exactly why spiritualists like myself only find "God" (if you really want to call it that) a manifestation of unity consciousness. Nothing more, nothing less. Sometimes people make things harder than they're supposed to be.

I just think our whole expectation and concept of God is out of whack, causing us to believe or disbelieve in something out of our comprehension. If God does exist, the facts of it's existence is altered by man anyway. There's no definite way to know. Materialism is like a form of faith...people put every ounce of belief in it without questioning a thing.

Money is like vegan products...it's a substitute that just can't add up to the real thing. You can't buy love, or happiness. Money is unnecessary, yet we lose sight of what it really is -- paper, and only blind ourselves because we know in this world, and in this "system" we have, it is very difficult to live without money, but not impossible -- hell, we did it at the beginning of time, didn't we?

It's not that I agree with beauty pageants at a young age, reason is the child could develop a reliance on makeup. On the other hand, it can boost self esteem, so it's kind of an opinion thing

I do get what you mean, I just don't agree. Life is full of many lessons, not just one.

I refuse to even confront mine, so if you'd like to call that "snuggling" so be it.

Saying it will never happen is like saying we'll never be able to time travel. With this coming age, I still carry hope for humanity

An intent. Intents rarely follow through exactly as planned, because other lifeforms have their own agenda, and would collide with yours, in some way, shape or form. You could say intents are freely thought through, but not necessarily acted out physically as you would have thought. The answer to your question is yes and no. Some people allow themselves to be manipulated by influences that make it seem like it was determined beforehand, like religious people, while some take advantage of their superiority (parents) and decide to engage their child in an arranged marriage. Circumstances change all the time, so intents can, but assuming we are talking in past tense, I cannot claim anything that has happened or will happen is predetermined but I guess with using merely logic, I will say my intents and your intents coexistent and change constantly.

Ask me to clarify if my analogies are confusing

Best creepy womanizer in the existence of mankind. Oh and his death was epic.

Surely you would run into the argument in which the origin of life is taught if you wanted to know the origin of species. However, I do see where you come from

1 point

I don't think we have complete free will, or at least what we would call "free will." Some things happen because they were determined beforehand and some things go as we will it. This does not have to be a spiritual statement

A virus or mother nature. And I find that amusing personally

I wish there was a choice where I could say it just "is" because I feel describing something as heaven or hell only causes you to label something that is much more complex than "heaven" or "hell" just like no one would like to be called a good person, or a bad person. We simply "are"

Jesus, according to Christianity is the flesh version of God, "the son" though I would say "the sun" seeing how his "birthday" correlates with the winter solstice, and the sun rising.

It's supposed to, actually, otherwise the other choice would be creationism. Is there a theory of creation? No.

There is proof for evolution, I will not deny that. But evolution only tells HOW humanity and other creatures evolve, not ORIGIN or anything else on that matter. That's what bothers about this theory.
