Not true, I use Vista with WOW all the time, no problems. You guys are just jumping to conclusions again.

I just copied and pasted what I post in other debate, this is the 3rd same vista vs XP one that you guys are discussing.

I have nothing against XP, I have actually another PC running XP and is very reliable, however, with the new hardware and technology coming up, vista will be the one who will be able to cope with the new specifications.

Windows 7 is windows vista with improvements and XP is being abandoned, so all of us will have to sit and use "vista" anyway with the new PCs.

Most don't like Vista are users or programmers who still like to run 16-bit legacy software and a lot of them want to keep, I bet in floppy disks :D. Vista don't like pesky old sofware that can compromising stability and that's why it not allowing those programs to run. That is why vista is more resilience with spyware. XP is very tolerant and that is why people like it.

I hope people who want to stick with XP won't end like those windows 98 SE users out there who didn't want XP still making unofficial service packs for 98.

I was a windows 98 user also and I loved it, and windows 2000 was awesome for me, I still have all the CDs and I could build a PC with them but nah I really don't want to stay behind.

If you still want to keep XP (and 98) run them in different partitions as "guests" with windows 7, hopefully windows 7 won't complain about it :P

Never had problems with Vista, maybe you have to much garbage running in the background? How long have you been using Vista? For me it has been stable and very responsive.

GREAT RECIPE

Here is a turkey recipe that also includes the use of popcorn as a stuffing -- imagine that.

When I found this recipe, I thought it was perfect for people like me, who just are not sure how to tell when poultry is thoroughly cooked, but not dried out.

Give this a try.

15 lb. turkey

1 cup melted butter

1 cup stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is Good.)

1 cup uncooked popcorn (ORVILLE REDENBACHER'S LOW FAT)

Salt/pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush turkey well with melted butter salt, and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn.

Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven.

Listen for the popping sounds. When the turkey's ass blows the oven door open and the bird flies across the room, it's done.

I am not very good in grammar but I consider it important if you want to make your point across and also if you want to put emphasis on an idea otherwise it will misinterpreted. I see good spelling of you having respect for your readers.

Disaster Movie !

Well I am not saying geeks are better than nerds or viceversa, but if geeks get good at something they do constantly it is a good thing, while at the same time they still get more knowledge about it like the nerds.

I have windows vista home premium and never have problems... I guess depends and how much you run in the background and some junk that comes with the new PC. Other than that Vista is very responsive and stable here. Now I have to say something I don't like is the Explorer toolbar, I hate that cd burning Icon there and the inability to modify it. So I miss that from XP.

Love it, Flying browsing speed, I am using it all the time unfortunately some sites are still not recognizing chrome and keep sending you back to IE or the other browsers.

Actually white is not a color but all the colors united while black takes all the light or colors out and I think that is why the one is opposite of the other. but racist? nah
