Twitter calls itself media, not me. Twitter decides what media is and is not on their platform and sells political ad space, which makes them a publisher just like a newspaper. When the platform is officially sold, you will pivot to that exact argument, but I will ignore you, holding you to your prior principal. ABC is private property owned by someone. They are still subject to laws concerning politics, in kind campaign contributions, and equal time given to candidates. If CNN or Fox News gives time to Donald Trump or Joe Biden, they are required by law to do the same for the other candidate. Twitter has blocked comments and even accounts of politicians during elections which clearly violates this statute.
