The articles of confederation just aren't cutting it, our central government has no power to aid in the development of our country. They can't tax anyone without that state's consent. Who in their right mind would consent to taxes?? The government must make laws to require it if we are going to not be a broke country. The federalists' constitution will do that among other things and for that reason, the federalists' constitution must be adopted
