ya u r right that UNDP started comparing countries on the basis of HDI but ur information is quite wrong that india have a gud HDI. now india is leading on 125th rank in the world Human Development index.As india tops world hunger chart and ranks 94th rank in it out of 119 countries and it rank 84th out of 180 countries in corruption index so how it can lead the world.
