I'd like to give a special shout-out to FromWithin who inspired this debate. I've seen her (him? whatever) call so many people liars that it made me think... Hmmmm? Who is the biggest liar?

Well, here I am going all touchy-feely and getting soft and shit, but I am gonna stick-up for FromWithin. Guys like him and Saint Nowhere, I don't consider liars. Oh, do I agree with them? Especially in matters of Theology and Eschatology? Hell no. (see what I did there? LOL) BUT: I think a liar is somebody who intentionally puts forth untruths. Lies that they KNOW full well are lies. But I think Saint Now and FromWithout REALLY believe what they say. I will give Saint Now this: he is a True Believer and passionate in what he says. Deluded? In my eyes, yeah. But who is to say? From Without is just conflicted I think. And simply put, not all that educated. He is probably a patriot. And a good American. And like me, Saint Nowhere is a veteran. So what the hell. Most lies around here probably go undetected anyway. Especially in matters where we speak of our personal lives. As in our Bio's. (PS: Mine is all real, BTW) LOL Side: That Person
No it is not. If you believe what you say and you are wrong, you are deluded. Or misinformed. I consider a liar somebody who intentionally deceives. But that's just me. BTW....a lot of folks around here say you are a huge liar? And then also have the balls to mark-down more votes than anybody else. If both of these facts are true, that sorta makes you a dick. OK....I'll bite. I am fairly new around here so I gotta ask what you guys mean by "puppets?" As far as liars on CD go, I don't see how I could tell. After all, this IS the Net, where 60 year-old men posing as teenage girls trade lipstick secrets in chat rooms with teenage girls. LOL. Anybody could be anybody. A rabid Atheist could pose as a religious fundie. Just for grins. Saint Nowhere could be the Anti-Christs! From Within could be Bill Maher! Instig8or could be Joel Osteen. GenericName could be a gay bashing hillbilly redneck from Alabama. And I could be a Catholic Seminary student just playing Devil's Advocate for a class assignment on "The State of Theology in online debate forums." Who knows? As far as member here who have errors of fact in their posts, I don't consider that really lying. Since usually they are just general mistaken,honestly. And not intentionally propagating untruths.
