You can sue a media oultet for libel or slander, but in this case they didn't libel or slander anyone. They simply used a photo from Italy to prove a point on New York, which is literally not Italy, and then they got caught doing it because they can't resist being fake. Side: Lies

Of course being anti immigration has nothing to do with Nazism. If you think the Nazis were pro-immigration then you need a prompt psychiatric evaluation. It's simply a social position that could be based on a number of reasons. All of them on the far right.
