A Constitution for CreateDebate
Seeing as there was previously an uprising against me (http://www.createdebate.com/debate/show/DENOUNCE_HELLNO/debate)
However while I promised to let my account die (after you lot crucified me), I cannot help it if after 3 days my account ressurrected!
Now I must take it into my own hands to make sure that CreateDebate is never threatened again! Seeing as there is no official set of rules which we must all abide by and there are none enforced. I have used my superior intellect to come up with a curved document that we can agree to.
Here are the laws:
1) There shall be no accounts made by users already memebers of our benevolent site for the purpose of abusing the point system and insulting other people and their vies and beliefs (I know that Hellno made millions of false accounts to rig my debate denouncing him)
2) Thou shalt not be close minded (Christians, I'm watching you)
3) Thou shalt not murder
4) Do not commit usury
5) Do not hack CreateDebate
6) (optional) a leader should be chosen by popular, exemplimentary vote.
7) We must not gang up on people and personally attack them
8) If you put your name under the "I agree" side and then break one of the rules, everyone else who agreed to our diagonal document must unanimously denounce that person.
This Constitution is unnofficial, but it would be nice to have a standard from which everyone honours. If we do not all follow the same beliefs then we would be just like the communists! Do this for freedom! Do this for Liberty! Do this for AMERICA!

There are basically two rules which govern the site, but one basic mission. Our mission is to provide an unfiltered social debating platform. The two main rules are: 1. Do not do anything illegal 2. Do not personally attack someone else. This (lack of moderation/rules) is by design. Please don't consider trying to create an uprising to change this. LEAVE IT ALONE! CreateDebate is what it is because I don't interfere. I like it that way and the users like it that way! Side: I Disagree

1) There shall be no accounts made by users already memebers of our benevolent site for the purpose of abusing the point system and insulting other people and their vies and beliefs. This is a pretty obvious unofficial rule, already. 2) Thou shalt not be close minded (Christians, I'm watching you) Stupid. As much as I REALLY disagree with theists view, they have a right to express them. Even on a debate site... 3) Thou shalt not murder facepalm 4) Do not commit usury facepalm 5) Do not hack CreateDebate If for malicious reason, then obviously. 6) (optional) a leader should be chosen by popular, exemplimentary vote. No. 7) We must not gang up on people and personally attack them ? Elaborate? 8) If you put your name under the "I agree" side and then break one of the rules, everyone else who agreed to our diagonal document must unanimously denounce that person. Why is this labeled as a rule? Side: I Disagree

"This is a pretty obvious unofficial rule, already." Exactly, so we should all agree to not do it. "Stupid. As much as I REALLY disagree with theists view, they have a right to express them. Even on a debate site..." They are allowed to express a view, but they have to accept other people's views and view them as equal to their own view of their view. "facepalm" Why? "facepalm" Why? "If for malicious reason, then obviously." So you agree "? Elaborate?" I had a load of people declare me their enemy (for reasons unknown), I was obviously the blatant, innocent victim of cyber bullying. "Why is this labeled as a rule?" Because it is. Side: I Agree
Exactly, so we should all agree to not do it. Do you see most active members doing so? No, so they unofficially agreed to it. They are allowed to express a view, but they have to accept other people's views and view them as equal to their own view of their view. Not gonna happen. Why? [For both "Why?"] Because this is a debate site, those activities will not happen. So you agree For malicious reasons, yes. But if a [trusted] member is attempting to improve the source code, they should have the right to. I had a load of people declare me their enemy (for reasons unknown), I was obviously the blatant, innocent victim of cyber bullying. ... Get over yourself. Side: I Disagree

""1) There shall be no accounts made by users already memebers of our benevolent site for the purpose of abusing the point system and insulting other people and their vies and beliefs (I know that Hellno made millions of false accounts to rig my debate denouncing him)"" Does this include all your accounts?
""2) Thou shalt not be close minded (Christians, I'm watching you)"" Isn't the assumption that all christians are close minded (and vice versa) in it self a close minded belief
""3) Thou shalt not murder"" This is a web site, how in the world do you think murder would be an issue here?
""4) Do not commit usury"" This site has always been free of charge, why would we need to worry about interests rates.
""5) Do not hack CreateDebate""
A common sense rule ""6) (optional) a leader should be chosen by popular, exemplimentary vote.""
We already have Addltd and he is a perfect moderator for this site as he respects our rights to our own opinion. ""7) We must not gang up on people and personally attack them"" Didn't you make a debate called "Denounce Hellno"?
""8) If you put your name under the "I agree" side and then break one of the rules, everyone else who agreed to our diagonal document must unanimously denounce that person."" Wouldn't this be in violation of your seventh rule? Side: I Disagree
