I think that words are simply a description of an image.Without the images somebody can't create whole sentences or thoughts.The words are most often pitfalls that can deceive you.A word isn't enough to describe a picture.An image can be described by million words that can create multiple images in a person's mind.Because it's known that a picture is worth a thousand words.

A picture is worth a thousand words people say!!They are absolutely right as pictures depict only truths while words hide traps.In addition people first expressed themselves with cave paintings in paleolithic ages! We all learn differently, some people learn from listening, some from reading , some from actually doing a task, some simply from diagrams (pictures).

Whilst we create images in our minds from the words we use, pictures can sometimes be beyond description and simply "are". I have seen some photographs in exhibitions and pictures of natural wonder that are amazing and simply defy description in words.

i believe that words complete the images and the opposite.Images often can not be described with words.But many people express their emotions through images.They get across messages directly and carry emotions and impressions directly to others.

Words or pictures are more important? I think pictures. Since we were child, we can see pictures. We don't need learning how to observe the world by our eyes. It's our natural thing. Firstly we see picture then we say something about it. What is more one picture can say more than thousands words. Also often happened when there's no word to describe what we see. Except of this people are optical mostly.They'll rather remember the pictures. Words are only words. Pictures we have in our memory. The next thing is connected with people who speak in different languages. They can't use words because they don't understand each other. And then they have option of using a pictures.

In my opinion a picture is worth one thousand words, firstly because it is easier and faster to understand for everyone even if you do not speak the same language and secondly with a picture you can express way more feelings, ideas or whatever you want, with a picture you are just free.

In my opinion taking pictures is better than writing because pictures can express more and each person can imagine situation when the picture was taken and so on. It stimulates our imagination and creativity. What is more we can criticize others pictures and not worry about it because it's normal that you have your own opinion and imagination. Nothing more nothing less.

I agree with the statement that "a picture is worth a thousand words". Words are more descriptive and it takes time to read a long text, while we can "read" a picture quickly. It can show a lot: the atmosphere, emotions, feelings, mood etc. A picture has a message from its author. It appeals to people more than words. And a picture stays in our memory longer than a text, no matter if it shows something positive or negative.

I think, that the pictures can better show us the emotions and the feelings. When I am watching some photos or paintings, I can see what the person feels. I like watching the paintings and speculating, what the author wants to pass me. The best are portraits and pictures, where are a lot of people.

But I think too, that the best option is when the people understanding without words and the pictures. :)

The project name says that 'Picture is worth a thousand words'. And I must definitely agree with that.

It's so much easier to get things across using only words, everyone can communicate with the others -because everyone can talk. But the pictures tell us much, much more. Many feelings and sensations are often hidden behind the faces, personages, movements, behind the flowers bouquet and the shining sun.. And everyone can interpret the picture in different way, it says each person something different. That's why we can definitely say that pictures show and say undubitably much more.

Words often lie. The picture can't. The meaning is hidden behind the things, but despite of that everyone is able to find it. There are often no words which can describe some feelings really...

Nowadays, people like saying a lot of words. But number of people, which don`t want to understand the art like paintings, pictures or photos, decrease. People think that they are too busy to see the art. But I suppose that people are too lazy to visit the art gallery in order to see the arts.

I think that pictures/photoes or something like that always tell the true. People in the pictures show right feelings. They can`t say anything, so the spectators can " read" the art themselves without words. I think that pictures are more reliable than the words because words often tell a lie. We can promise something but our facial expressions say everything about our personality. Of the reasons I think pictures have the greatest impact on conveying messages.

In my opinion, an, image even if it could be a little bit of a trap, is better than words, on a picture you immediately see what the subject is and the viewer has a clear image of what is going on. Words are better to describe little details like the past or even the future we can't see on that one picture.

I think that sometimes painted heart in silence is more than a thousand beautiful words. The images mean more than a million words because every person who looks at the painting sees true feelings and it is the most wonderful thing.

I think pictures are stronger than words. In a picture you can feel emotions, you can see plenty of details which can you make think. I think we can easily forget words while a picture stay in memory. A picture can shocked. In one picture you can have thousand and thousand words.
